Once your utility box painting is complete, it's time for the final submission. At this stage, the Qualifying Team will review your artwork to ensure it meets the required standards. They will assess the painting and confirm if any changes or adjustments are needed.

If the Qualifying Team approves the artwork or suggests minor revisions, you can proceed to apply the final top coat. This protective layer is essential for making your artwork permanent, ensuring it can withstand various weather conditions without losing its vibrancy or integrity over time.

Once the top coat is applied, you’ll be ready to submit your completed project and celebrate your contribution to the community!
